The Little Squirrel
He traveled to the neighboring tree to ask the squirrels there. “Hello!” He said, “Do you keep leaving food for me?” The couple squirrels looked at each other, then back to the little guy. “We are sorry, we do not know what you are talking about, little one.” The two then went on to explain that no squirrels around here word do such a thing. For they all focus on feeding themselves and themselves only. Every squirrel fends for themselves and stores up for the winter, so the little squirrel said thank you and went on his way.
